This home needed a modern refresh to revitalise the space and additions to accommodate a dynamic lifestyle. Our goal was to update the space while preserving and highlighting original details and features.

To accomplish this, our experienced team demolished the rear of the property and excavated the lower ground floor. By doing so, we were able to create multiple new areas, such as a rumpus room, wine cellar laundry powder room and home office.

With the upper floor, we established an open plan to incorporate the outdoor alfresco with large windows to capture the city skyline. Our team also built a brand new inground pool and gym at the rear of the rebuilt garage.

Our team also restored some original elements of the home. These restorations included replacing some of the woodwork on railings and skirtings and revitalising decorative cornices to embrace the character of the home.

Likewise, we updated the front garden and facade with a fresh and complementary colour palette. With these additions, we were able to refresh this Californian bungalow for modern convenience and a refined lifestyle.
