This home needed a refreshed layout to help accommodate growing storage needs and rejuvenate the space with natural lighting. This project aimed to improve the natural flow of the home for functionality and style.

With an internal renovation, our team was able to revitalise the living space with an open floor plan. By incorporating a kitchen island bench, we were able to expand the space and improve the flow without losing the functionality and versatility needed in the kitchen.

Likewise, by removing structures that impeded the flow of the room, natural lighting was better able to reach the depths of the interior. Similarly, we reduced overhead lighting to focus further on discreet lighting features that complemented the space.

With an improved floor plan, we were able to incorporate several storage solutions to meet the client’s needs.

Due to the tight access provided by the terrace, we brought steel columns in by hand to ensure that all renovations were structurally sound.

The final result was a vibrant living space that seamlessly transitioned into the rest of the home, reflecting its original style with fresh, modern additions.
