This beautiful Californian bungalow needed a modern redesign to better suit its occupant’s lifestyle changes and modern needs. The goal of this project was to completely renovate the home while preserving and restoring its unique features.
To meet the needs of the occupants, our team has fully renovated the home to suit modern preferences while revitalising classic features. We paid special attention to the original elements, such as stained glass windows, decorative cornices and the original timberwork of the internal doors.
Likewise, the rear of the bungalow was extended to add more space and create a seamless transition between the interior and exterior of the home. By extending the decking, we were also able to add an area just off the main bedroom to help connect the occupants with their beautiful surroundings.
With these updates, additions and restored features, we were able to create a space that captured the unique style and preferences of the occupants.
